Short description:
The aim of the program is to introduce students to the theoretical foundations and basic methods of psychology, as well as to provide insight into its applied branches. The program develops students' skills and equips them with techniques to measure, explore, and support the development of individuals, groups, or organizations through professional assessments and interventions. Students will gain integrated knowledge in education, communication, socialization, learning, and human development. The BA program offers a solid foundation in knowledge and approaches for further study in any psychology MA program.

Career prospects: A human behavior analyst can contribute to tasks in any organization, field, or institution where education, recruitment, selection, or health activities occur. Additionally, they can work in psychological laboratories, conducting and evaluating standard experiments and aptitude tests used in fields such as organizational psychology. It is important for a behavior analyst to work under the supervision of a qualified psychologist, as a MA qualification in psychology is necessary for the responsible practice of a qualified psychologist. However, a human behavior analyst can effectively assist school psychologists, organizational psychologists, and scientific researchers.
